From the studio in Thalwil, online, or both, ALPS Movement uses Pilates to build muscular balance and body awareness that last, whether you’re training for a marathon, managing the stress of a demanding career, or “just” picking up the kids.

I started ALPS Movement to teach people how to feel better in their bodies without the unhealthy messaging that saturates fitness culture. You can feel strong and supported without breaking yourself in the gym or being confused by physical therapy exercises you found online. That’s what Pilates was designed for.
