What are your options?

The 3-for-2 Intro Package is how I recommend all clients begin working with me. In these sessions, I will get to know how you move, so I can best determine your training strategy. The studio has limited availability for regular weekly sessions. Please review the calendar to see if the available times work for your schedule before purchasing your Intro Package.

The Semester is an intensive personal training program for students who are ready to change their lives with Pilates. Read more about The Semester.

Private Sessions are a great way to apply Pilates and alignment-based training to focus on any specific goals, injuries or conditions you have. Private sessions can be booked for the Thalwil studio or Online. If you book an Online session, a Zoom link will be sent in your confirmation email.

Private Sessions with 2 or 3 People are self-organized groups if you want to train with your family or friends. Contact the studio if you would like to join the WhatsApp group chat to find partners for these sessions.

Drop-In Semi-Private Sessions are with maximum three people and give you the flexibility to come to the studio when works for your schedule.

All sessions have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
