What are your options?
The 3-for-2 Intro Package is how I recommend all clients begin working with me. In these sessions, I will get to know how you move, so I can best determine your training strategy.
The Semester is an intensive personal training program for students who are ready to change their lives with Pilates. Read more about The Semester.
Private Sessions are a great way to apply Pilates and alignment-based training to focus on any specific goals, injuries or conditions you have. Private sessions can be booked for the Thalwil studio or Online. If you book an Online session, a Zoom link will be sent in your confirmation email.
Group Sessions are available depending on demand and the time of year. Any group classes will be listed on the booking schedule.
