Online Personal Training
For busy seasons of life, travel periods, and clients outside of Zurich
Even from Zoom, it's possible to see if your left hip is hiking up 2 centimeters or if you're holding tension in your shoulders. The most common thing first-time online clients say is how shockingly normal it felt. Some ALPS Movement clients train exclusively online and others train on a hybrid schedule depending on their work and travel needs.
Do I need my own equipment?
Sessions are built around whatever equipment you have, from a full home studio to a theraband in a suitcase to just a yoga mat. Whatever it is, we'll give you the session you need.
What kind of tech setup do I need?
A strong internet connection, along with a laptop or tablet on a tripod.
“It’s not like other online classes. She sees everything.”
