Online Training
For busy seasons of life, travel periods, and clients outside of Zurich
Even from Zoom, I can see if your left hip is hiking up 2 centimeters or if you are holding tightness in your shoulders. The most common thing I hear after someone’s first online session is how shockingly “normal” it felt. Some ALPS Movement clients train exclusively online and others train on a hybrid schedule depending on their work and travel needs.
Do I need my own Pilates equipment?
I will work with whatever equipment and props you have to give you the most effective session possible. Some online clients have full home studios. I also have clients who bring a theraband in their luggage while traveling. Then there’s the folks who just have a yoga mat at home. Whatever it is, we make it work for you. Before your first session, I will ask you what equipment and props you have.
What kind of tech setup do I need?
A laptop or tablet and a strong internet connection. I recommend using a laptop or a tablet on a tripod because it’s easier to adjust the angle of the camera.
