Whether you’re recovering from an injury, trying to ease everyday aches and pains or looking to improve your speed, let me be your movement tutor.

Why should I do personal training?

There are a lot of reasons to do personal Pilates training, but one thing all of my clients have in common is they weren’t finding answers or solutions anywhere else.

I recommend personal training for:

  • People who are looking to incorporate kind fitness into their lifestyle

  • Athletes who are looking to cross train to improve their performance or to recover from an injury

  • Pre and postnatal individuals who want to stay active and keep their pelvic floor and core healthy

How often should I come?

I recommend doing Pilates a minimum of two-hours a week.

After your first few sessions, we can talk about the two programs I offer and what will work best for your lifestyle.

How much are sessions and do you offer any discounts?

Drop-in sessions are CHF 150.-

New clients may purchase an intro package that includes three sessions for CHF 300.- instead of CHF 450.- Discounts are available if you go through The Semester.

What’s the cancellation policy?

You may cancel twelve hours before your session. Any sessions cancelled less than twelve hours before the start of the session will be charged in full.
