What is the package?
The way I teach Pilates is highly personalized, which is why I offer the 3-for-2 Intro Package instead of a free trial. You get three sessions for the price of two, and during these sessions I will develop a strategy of how to effectively teach you.
In your first session, you will share your movement history, your goals, and aches and pains. This means we’ll spend a fair amount of time talking in addition to moving. In your next two sessions, I’ll be testing out different cuing and Pilates styles to see what you respond best to in order to reach your goals. By having three sessions, you will begin to feel how Pilates will make you feel long-term.
When should I do my 3 sessions?
For most people, I recommend doing one week with two sessions and one week with one. This way, you can feel the difference between training with Pilates once or twice a week and then decide which type of training program makes the most sense for you.
Can I use the Intro Package for group classes?
If you are building your own group, you can absolutely use the Intro Package for yourself and whoever you will be doing sessions with. The offer is valid once per group.
The Intro Package is not available for group classes available to the public.
How long do I have to use the sessions?
The sessions must be used within 31 days. All sales are final.
