Semi-Private Pilates

The personal attention you’ve been craving, shared with two other people.

Most fitness classes are built around a format. Semi-private sessions at ALPS Movement are built around the people in them. You’re not averaged out, overlooked, or waiting your turn. With only three people in the room, the session adapts to you and the two others training with you.

Even with individual goals, you become a team, rolling your eyes at your teacher’s same silly jokes, cheering on each other’s progress, and checking in on life outside of class. Training alongside people who know you’re more than just another face in class makes it a whole lot easier to build a routine you actually want to keep.

What Pilates equipment is used in semi-private sessions?

Semi-private sessions are taught on the reformer, chair, barrel, and mat. The equipment of the day is chosen based on your group’s daily needs and training protocol.

I don’t understand why I’m feeling things I never felt before - despite years of working out.

How to start

Whether you’re joining a scheduled class or bringing your own group, all new private and semi-private clients begin with the Foundation Package. The teaching is calibrated during these sessions so your first semi-private session isn’t also your first time training in the studio.
