These classes were designed to teach you the core principles of Pilates- basically what makes it special and how it will both strengthen your muscles and give you more mobility. Even if these flows feel “easy” stick with them and pay attention to the theme with each one. I recommend doing them in order but you can always go back to them if there’s one you really like or want to explore more.
