Online Schedule

 

Online classes are set up so you can mix and match to design the workout that suits you best. Take a quick lunch break, do 30-minutes stability work to compliment a 15-minute jump rope routine, or take two back-to-back classes to get a full-body workout. Each class is just 28-minutes, with a quick two-minute break, so if you want to do an hour-long full-body workout, you can sign up for two classes back-to-back.

Pilates-ish Mat Classes are all about moving your spine in all directions. Expect a lot of core work, chest openers and laying on your belly to strengthen your back. I would not recommend this class to prenatal clients or people who are recently postnatal.
