In class this week, pay attention to your toes, an often overlooked area. Can you do all of your movements without your toes feeling cramped? What does that do to your hips? Does it feel any different in your legs or core?
In this workshop, we're going to talk about the complexity of the foot, ankle and knee joints and why it’s worth taking a bit of time to understand your lower limbs if you’re experiencing pain while running, hiking or skiing.
Spaces are limited so join here.
In class this week, check in on how if your ribs feel compressed or if your movement is helping to create space. This is a tricky one so ask questions if you need me!
In this workshop, we're going to dive into all things about the core, reproductive anatomy and Pilates. That includes pre- and postnatal Pilates as well as issues around incontinence, endometriosis and doing Pilates on your period.
One important detail: postnatal Pilates isn’t just something you do in your first few months after delivering a baby. If you have grown children and are struggling with feeling your abdominals in some moves (i.e. rollover), I highly recommend you come.

In class this week, check in on how your shoulders and chest feel throughout class. Tight? How can you let go of some of that tension?
