In this workshop, we're going to dive into all things about the core, female reproductive anatomy and Pilates. That includes pre- and postnatal Pilates as well as issues around incontinence, endometriosis and doing Pilates on your period.
One important detail: postnatal Pilates isn’t just something you do in your first few months after delivering a baby. If you have grown children and are struggling with feeling your abdominals in some moves (i.e. rollover), I highly recommend you come.
