Annual Memberships
Your membership should set you up for success.
With over a decade as a movement trainer and teacher, I design training protocols around real life, not against it. The annual memberships at ALPS Movement exist to give you the results you’ve been looking for without the pressure, guilt, or anonymity that most of the fitness industry works with.
Committed to results
Pilates works by strengthening and retraining movement patterns that have often been years in the making. A tight hip, a shoulder that won't cooperate, a back that gives out on long travel days. These things didn't arrive overnight and they won't leave in six weeks. What changes in six weeks is awareness. What changes in a year is your ability to translate awareness into action.
Life will happen… but we knew that
School holidays, work travel, sick kids, the week you just can't. The annual memberships are built around the reality that you’re a person with competing priorities, not a professional athlete paid seven figures to train 40 hours a week.
My job isn’t to sugarcoat things or push you harder than your body can handle. It’s to train you through the highs and lows of life so you still get the process and routine you crave without getting disheartened or injured.
With 35 or 70 sessions spread over a full year, you have the flexibility to ebb and flow without losing your progress or place. Priority booking means your regular slot is protected, even when life gets hectic. You don’t fall off a cliff because you finally took two weeks off in August or because your kid, partner, and then you got the flu in March. We pick up, assess how we’re doing, and keep going.
A teacher who actually knows you
Members’ training plans aren’t just designed around physiological elements. This is where my role fluctuates between teacher, coach, and trainer. To achieve your Pilates goals, I study and incorporate how your body and mind respond to all kinds of stimuli, both in terms of Pilates equipment and the world at large. Things like how even though your legs feel fine, they need a little extra TLC after a long flight, otherwise your shoulders start acting up. Or that when work has been a drag, it’s a good day to pull out an absurdly hard exercise that will make you laugh with relief. This accumulated knowledge is what makes this training relationship efficient - and sustainable - for your body.
Community, for real
In semi-private sessions, it’s not just small talk. The people you train with will ask if you made the chocolate cake or the one you saw on Instagram for your sister’s birthday party last week - and can you send the recipe?
I train semi-private sessions with the understanding that this is a group dynamic and it is something we can and do acknowledge. These aren’t strangers who happen to be in the same room; they’re neighbors who become characters in your life, knowing your goals, likes and dislikes. They root for you when you make progress and want to know your insight on what made an exercise click for you one day. While I can’t promise friendship, you aren’t a number here, and you never will be.

“I finally have answers to why I was feeling the way I was, and most importantly, now I know can do something about it. I can’t even express how valuable that is.”
“This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my body. Even though it was never about performance, it was amazing to see how much faster I am when I run - all because of Pilates.”
Membership FAQs
-
35 weeks accounts for the Swiss school holiday calendar, typical vacation periods, and illness or work conflicts. Rather than charging you for sessions I know you can’t attend, the membership is built around the weeks you can actually train in a year. You pay monthly for the full 12 months, which keeps your budget consistent and your progress uninterrupted. Your session time is fixed and reserved for you for the full year. We’ll go over your planned holidays and scheduling conflicts every quarter so your training is planned with and around them.

Life happens. The cancellation policy is 12 hours so if your kid comes home from school with a stomach bug and you cancel on time, the session is credited back to your membership. You can use it to join another session later in the year or even join another semi-private group if there’s a free spot while someone else is away.
-
Your session time is fixed for the year, which is part of what makes the membership work for both of us. That said, if your circumstances change significantly, I’m always happy to look at options based on availability. I can’t guarantee a specific slot will be free, but I’ll do my best to make it work.

Your membership covers your regular training year. If you’d like to add sessions on top of that, you can book them at the standard drop-in rate, CHF 165 for private, CHF 75 for semi-private, subject to availability. If you would like to expand your membership, we can also discuss this.

ALPS Movement is QualiCert approved. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your supplementary health insurance for both private and semi-private sessions. We recommend checking directly with your provider to confirm your coverage.
